Fleet Feet Walk into the Week Monday evening @ 6 pm
We will have training plans available for you to use for any race you are planning to train for from the 5k to the 50k distances online. These plans can be easily adapted to accommodate races earlier or later in the season and are modified for all levels of running. We will also have training classes that are in person for spring and fall races such as the Lincoln half and full marathon and the Good Life Halfsy.
