Seattle Running Club Hill Repeats Tuesday Evening @ 6 am

6:00 AM, Squak Mountain State Park May Valley Trailhead. The workout varies week-to-week depending on interest but usually includes a warmup on the trails followed by uphill repeats on the Squak Mountain access road. Bring a Discover Pass to park, and a headlamp in the fall, winter, and early spring. Specifically for active club members, but anyone is invited to try out a first workout before joining the club.
