The cure for the Sunday Scaries Mon rain/shine 6:05a East side City Hall 6:20a Bridge 5mi 🔁 - All paces - ☕️ after Buckets, Blunts & Bangers If you want to add some spice to your running routine (or just meet spicy people), and start the week on a high note, join us. But also, if you like sunrises, bridges, or coffee, join us. We welcome and encourage all paces - we stop to gather several times during the run including a picture near the middle of the Bridge. We also head to a local coffee shop after ending at City Hall. The name/IG account came about via GroupMe poll in September 2018, but some form of the group has been running the Bridge since late 2015.
