Alpine Runners Saturday Morning @ 7 am

The most popular group run is on Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. at the Lake Zurich High School in Lake Zurich, IL. It starts with a loop around the lake along paved roads and village sidewalks, then through business districts and residential neighborhoods. Options for distances from 4 miles up to 20 miles, with water and Gatorade stops available at approximately every 3 miles up to mile 9. We also hold weeknight group runs throughout the year. During the winter months, attendance can be sporadic; if you are planning to attend, please post on our Group Facebook page to find a partner or to see if there will be a group running that evening.
