Please Follow us at Urban Runners on Strava for current events WHAT: The Urban Run is a medium to long distance run primarily covering Uptown Charlotte and the bordering neighborhoods. The weekly route traverses Charlotte's urban landscape while weaving in portions of local race courses, like the Thunder Road Marathon. The UR is geared for those who want a Saturday morning quality run that ties in distance, hills and road surfaces. We are running this city, LACE UP AND JOIN US!!! PLACE: Growlers Pourhouse (NoDa - next to fire station) SOCIAL: After the run (~9:30), join us for a coffee/beer/bloody marys and a BIG breakfast afterwards. PARKING: Parking in NoDa is usually free and abundant. Look for parking spaces along Davidson, 36th street and the surrounding areas. COURSE: NoDa-Uptown Loop - The route starts in NoDa, dips into Plaza-Midwood then darts through the streets of uptown before heading back to NoDa.
