Birmingham Thursday Night Runners @ 5 pm

BRATS is a running group in Birmingham, Alabama with just over 75 coed members who run early most mornings from several venues in the Homewood, Mountain Brook and Birmingham areas. We are a very diverse group, who share a major common bond - the love of running, major league fun, nutrition and friendships built through training together. Weekday runs range from 5-10 miles and weekend runs with the BTC range from 10-22 miles, generally training for 1/2 marathon, marathon and ultra marathons. Paces range from 7:30-10 min/mile.
