Alpine Runners Tuesday Evening Runs @ 6 pm

When: 6:00 p.m. all year round (Some meet at 5:30 p.m. for an extra 3 miles around the lake) Where: Paulus Park 200 S. Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, just about ¼ mile north of Rt. 22 on Rand Rd. (U.S. Rt. 12). The course enters into North Barrington in the Biltmore subdivision. This is a hillier route and a great workout! We often meet at Tacos el Norte afterwards for Taco Tuesday or at another sponsor location! Distance: 5.25 mile loop for all speed levels. Route: Alpine Runners Tuesday Route Note: 5K Program Participants will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays during training program dates.
