Mountain View Area Run Club Monday Trail Run @ 5:30 pm

Monday trail run at Sunnyvale (previously the group ran at Rancho). We run every Monday at 5:30pm, starting from the bay trail by the SMaRT station. Please try to update your RSVP if you can't make it so we know who to wait for. We adjust the pace and routes based on the experience of the group. Usually, we aim to run 45-60 minutes, regrouping along the way. The routes are not technical, i.e. you'll get by fine with road shoes. Please be aware of the ongoing Covid situation. To note: we'll organize the workout to facilitate social distancing, etc. please do not join if you feel unwell or are experiencing any symptoms join at your own risk please bring a mask for use as appropriate
