Denver Run Club Tuesday @ 6 pm

Denver Run Club was born out of the tumultuous events of 2020 that demonstrated the multi-layered social inequalities in the US. Founders Justin and Tyler created 48 For Change – a running fundraiser that sought to address this issue by running for positive causes in an act of solidarity, financial support, and awareness-building. For 48 hours, they ran four miles every four hours and raised $58,000 dollars for Campaign Zero. Now, Denver Run Club, continues this running for change vision by hosting weekly runs in Steadbrook that lead into larger fundraiser events for local Denver organizations, such as their ‘10k for 10k’ fundraiser for Denver Public Schools Foundation. I really like how this club understands the wider impact running communities can have on their cities and country. However, they also don’t take themselves too seriously and often go for post-run beers. So, if you are looking for an enriching and sociable experience, Denver Run Club could be for you.
