Get your weekend started on the right (and left) foot with our Friday morning easy run! Friday mornings at 6am from NRC, 3-5 easy miles through East Nashville, all paces/ages/abilities welcome! We'll meet behind the store in the driveway. Stick around for coffee/donuts at East Park Donuts & Coffee (opens at 6:30a) OR Yeast Nashville (opens at 7a) after the run!
