The Milwaukee Running Group - OMG (Slow) Track at Riverside Monday morning @ 6:30 am

The High School track is south of the school next to the Urban Ecology Center. Kick off your Monday morning with laps around the track at Riverside High School on the east side of Milwaukee. This workout is always spirited and fun, and is frequently attended by members of November Project and OMG. This is a 30 minute track speed (ish) workout… please try to meet us in the urban ecology center parking lot at 6:28 AM… It’s right on Park and Bartlett Avenue…we’ll walk to the track together as it’s very dark… The Milwaukee Running Group - OMG is the most active running club in Wisconsin. We schedule 16 runs per week year round and host frequent social events. Last year there were over 1,600 runs or activities. Members are all ages and running abilities. We connect people who want to stay fit and find friends in a fun and supportive environment.
