Saturday run and walk meet-ups include: varying routes to improve strength and prevent injury and mental burn-out. printed maps and downloadable digital maps. start locations in the KC metro area, including Brookside, Overland Park, Shawnee, and Leawood. start times between 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM, depending upon the season. distances that reflect most seasonal training schedules from 10-20 miles or 2-4.5 hours (you can run or walk less!) sanitary aid stations every 2 miles.
