Renegade Running Sunday @ 9am

Join us every Sunday at 9 am from the shop for a lap or two of Lake Merritt! This is an all-levels run that typically breaks up into a few groups as we run around the lake. We start these runs with 5 minutes of stretching, store announcements, and our favorite Showoff Sunday celebrations of any recent achievements (running or non-running)! After the run, feel free to hang out at the store and use the weight room or recovery lounge. We look forward to seeing you there! Rebecca Murillo
