Hello! Let's challenge ourselves with a track workout followed by a short (but intense) boot camp. Gameplan: 10-minute warmup 12-minute track workout 30 -minute boot camp 5 minute cool down What to bring: Mat & water bottle Where to Meet: At the track, by the bathrooms and the trellis. I am a blonde woman in a baseball hat. All activities are free! Looking forward to seeing you there! I will lead the workout, but I am NOT a certified trainer. Please do the workout at your own risk.
