White Rock Running Co-op run Thursday morning @ 6:15 am

Please check the club facebook for making sure of the location and time! 6:15 am official start for the 4 mile route. If you want more, come do the bonus 2 miles at 5:55 am. Pace depends on who comes out but it's usually in the 8s. Route is an out and back so run as little or as much as you like. Open invite! It's also National Cereal Day. That's it. That's all I've got. 3/7 also happens to be National Ben Day, but since no Bens can attend the run (at least not that I know of), cereal made more sense. 🙂
