Mountain View Area Run Club Thursday Run @ 6 pm

The route is an out and back beginning at the parking lot for the Sunnyvale Water Pollution Control Plant and heads northwest along the Bay Trail before turning around and heading back. Typically, the most people do is 7 miles (~3.5 miles out), but you are welcome to do more or less. The majority of people do between 3 and 5 total miles. All paces are welcome! We run for about an hour after we introduce ourselves and do a quick warm up. After the run, feel free to join us for dinner! Dinner will be at: TBD Please be aware of the ongoing Covid situation. To note: please do not join if you feel unwell or are experiencing any symptoms join at your own risk please bring a mask for use as appropriate
