Program Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 6pm Program Fee: Free! Description: This is a simple and social running group! It doesn?t matter how fast or slow you are - all paces are welcome to participate! Each week will consist of 2 planned group runs with typical distances between 3-6 miles. All participants are encouraged to have a running base before starting this program. During the course of the season, participants will also have access to information clinics by coaches and vendors, planned pub runs, scavenger hunts and other fun runs as well as the camaraderie of others like you!
