The Runners of Arlington (TX) run Wednesday @ 5:30 am

Join us for free group runs every Tuesday (7:00 PM), Wednesday (5:30 AM), and Thursday (7:00 PM). We meet at The Runner Shop parking lot (3535 W Pioneer Pkwy). Free water, Nuun and bananas are provided. We have runners that run a variety of paces and distances. The courses we run are generally anywhere from 2-7 miles. We use the buddy system and will group new runners with runners that will stay with you along the course.
