Thursday at 5:30 PM meet at Velo Garage and Tap House, 1403 Swift St, North Kansas City, MO 64116, at 5:30 on Thursdays. There is a pace and distance for all runners.t KC Northland Runners is a running group originated by and dedicated to those who wish to run in the Northland (north of the river).
